Reliable monitoring with less field work
Basetime develops the Locator One and Locator Two, autonomous GNSS monitoring systems designed for continuous, high-precision measurements. The devices are supported by the Parvamoti Monitoring and Management System, which allows users to manage devices, measurement data, and monitoring workflows from one place.
This approach can help reduce manual activities in the field while giving project teams continuous access to reliable movement data.
Feelbat adds local expertise, technical delivery experience, and established relationships with customers in France and Spain. The company specialises in connected monitoring solutions for buildings, bridges, railways, mining environments, and maritime infrastructure.
Together, Basetime and Feelbat can support customers in assessing where GNSS monitoring fits, deploying the technology in the field, and supporting projects locally.
From technology to real-world applications
The collaboration will focus on practical infrastructure, geotechnical, and environmental monitoring applications.
The first opportunities in the joint pipeline include:
- monitoring a wall structure in Tenerife, Spain;
- monitoring a bridge in Narbonne, France.
These potential projects offer a practical way to demonstrate how autonomous GNSS monitoring can support continuous measurement, scalable monitoring, and lower operational effort.
Building local monitoring expertise
On June 3 and 4, 2026, Basetime and Feelbat attended GEO Business in London together.
During the event, the teams spoke with professionals from the infrastructure, geotechnical, and geospatial sectors about current monitoring challenges and practical applications of autonomous GNSS technology.
The event also provided an opportunity to introduce the collaboration and discuss early project opportunities in France and Spain.
A practical route to deployment
The collaboration creates a practical route from monitoring need to field deployment. Basetime provides the technology and platform, while Feelbat brings the local knowledge and execution needed to apply it effectively in real-world projects.
