About GEO-Instruments

GEO-Instruments provides geotechnical, structural, environmental, and water monitoring solutions. Its systems and services support owners, infrastructure operators, engineers, mining companies, and construction teams in mitigating risk, optimizing designs and methods, and documenting regulatory compliance.

GEO-Instruments was established in 2003 and became a Keller affiliate in 2017. The company operates from offices across the United States, with additional international presence through the wider Keller organization.

Specialties

Collaboration with Basetime

GEO-Instruments started working with Basetime in 2023 on its first project in Northern Alberta. From the outset, GEO-Instruments valued the purpose-built design of Basetime products: fully self-contained, autonomous monitoring devices that align with its approach to automated monitoring.

Since then, GEO-Instruments and Basetime have continued to collaborate across multiple projects, integrating Basetime instrumentation into monitoring systems for demanding environments. Examples include slope stability monitoring, hurricane damage repair monitoring, and settlement monitoring during data center construction.

Beyond the technology, the collaboration is built on a shared focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.
