Basetime: Precision Geodetic Solutions - Unlocking Excellence in geodetic data and tunnel construction.

One for projects, Two for permanence

Turning measurements into actionable insight.

Explore our solutions

In 2020, Basetime introduced the Locator One, our first device – a project-based monitoring station designed for short-term and high-precision 3D measurements. In 2026, the next generation arrived with Locator Two, a long-term monitoring device combining GNSS and tilt sensors for continuous observation of linear structures.

Locator One

Locator One is an autonomous GNSS and radar-based 3D monitoring station designed for construction companies, surveyors, maritime operators, and civil engineers. It delivers
sub-centimeter accuracy in 3D and can be mounted directly on objects or on settlement rods for ground monitoring. Radar sensor can measure added ground layers of water level. Ideal for one-off projects or temporary installations.

Locator Two

Locator Two is a GNSS and tilt-based monitoring device for linear structures, providing continuous observation of railways, quay walls, and bridges. It monitors subtle movements, inclinations, and settlements, combining these sensors in a compact, dual solar-powered design. The device converts raw measurements into actionable insight, delivering precise, trusted data to support long-term monitoring and help protect people and structures.

Accessories for your device

Basetime also offers a wide range of accessories and credit packages for your locator devices. Via the Basetime Webshop you’ll find a clear overview of all available products, and specifications.

What our customers say...

“The accuracy of the chosen method exceeded expectations, and it can be concluded that the Basetime system can be used with much higher accuracies than the originally specified specifications, provided that post-processing is done on the highly redundant measurements.”

– Sander Schröder – Manager Innovations, Coenradie BV

“Basetime’s system was the ideal solution for us to implement continuous building monitoring, as we could not establish a connection with the back of the buildings for homogeneous monitoring of both buildings using conventional methods (total station and/or leveling). By combining this technique with vibration sensors, we had the perfect tool to keep an eye on the buildings.”

– Robbert Mathijssen –Municipality of Rotterdam

“The Locator One gives us many insights into the movement of the landslide. It helps us monitor the environment and control the situation.”

– Martina Mittelberger – State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation Vorarlberg, Austria
